Hi, I’m biddie
I had the exact same problem when I first started out, I struggled after domestic abuse and tried ‘everything’ to feel better when I stumbled into Reiki and found it created the space to feel safe and at peace with myself.
After qualifying as a fitness instructor I came to understand how our body, mind and spirit are connected and so I began creating my programmes for healing incorporating astrology, moonology, energy healing, quantum breath, reiki, emotional clearing and chakra healing.
